Why the seats are held
Rare disease is where training gaps show up first. A resident may finish a full program having seen one case of generalized pustular psoriasis, or none. NIRDs 360 puts fifty residents and fellows in the room with the clinicians who see those presentations regularly.

- Dermatology residents in an accredited training program
- Dermatology fellows in an accredited subspecialty program
- Applicants confirm training status at registration
