The meeting runs entirely within one property. Sessions, the exhibit hall, the welcome reception and the gala dinner are all on site, so no attendee needs to leave the venue during the three days.
A room block is held at the conference hotel for the nights of Thursday 12 through Sunday 15 November. Rates and the booking link are published here when the block opens, and are sent directly to registered attendees.
Orlando International Airport is the nearest major airport and the one most attendees will use. Ground transfer to Grande Lakes is roughly 20 to 25 minutes by car outside peak traffic.
Rideshare and taxi pickup are available at the airport's ground transport level. The hotel operates on-site self and valet parking for attendees driving in.
The registration desk opens at 14:00 on Friday 13 November in the Grande Lakes foyer. Badges are required for all sessions, the exhibit hall and the social program.
Session rooms, the exhibit hall and the dining spaces are step-free. Accessibility requirements entered during registration are passed to the venue before arrival. Requests made after registration can be sent to the conference team at any time.
