Three hundred dermatology clinicians, every one of them verified against the national NPI registry, in one room for three days. What follows is the audience, the tiers and the terms.

Who is in the room

Verified clinicians, not registrations

Attendance is free to clinicians and capped at 300. Registration is verified against the national NPI registry at the point of sign-up, so the audience figure and the audience are the same thing.

Every registration is verified against the national NPI registry.

The same check that admits a clinician to the meeting is the check that supports the audience claim in your grant submission. It is a live lookup against the CMS registry, not a self-declared specialty field.

Who is in the room

  • Academic and community dermatologists
  • Nurse practitioners and physician assistants
  • Dermatology residents and fellows, through NIRDs 360
  • Cross-specialty faculty in rheumatology, gastroenterology, oncology, immunology and neurology

Across 13 rare dermatologic conditions. Fifty seats are held for residents and fellows through NIRDs 360.

Four reasons to partner with NIRDs

Direct access, real impact, rare disease expertise.

  1. Targeted HCP reachEngage directly with dermatology specialists and prescribers focused on rare and immune-mediated skin disease, one of the most difficult-to-reach audiences in medicine.
  2. Where the clinicians show upThree hundred of the most engaged dermatology specialists in the United States, personally invited and attending with complimentary registration.
  3. Champion rare diseaseBecome a championing partner in advancing care for diseases too often overlooked, driving the education, advocacy and collaboration that patients depend on.
  4. NIRDs 360, the next generationUp to fifty dermatology residents and fellows attend alongside attendings. Reach tomorrow's prescribers at a formative stage, before practice patterns are set.

Beyond Orlando

Beyond the Orlando conference, the Dermatology section holds dedicated, accredited educational time at the largest and most established meetings in dermatology, putting rare-disease science, and partner support of it, in front of thousands of clinicians nationwide.

Content independence

The accredited scientific program is determined solely by NIRDs and its scientific planning committee, and a place on it is never granted in exchange for sponsorship. Industry-organized sessions sit outside that program, are labeled wherever they appear, and are not accredited education.

Industry-organized sessions appear in the published program carrying a non-CME label, in the program file, on the site and on the door. The Sunday advisory boards are the only such sessions at this meeting.

Lead time

Sponsorship commitments and medical education grant submissions typically require 60 to 120 days from first contact to released funds. For a November meeting, that window is closing.

The prospectus and current tier availability are sent by return, usually within one working day.
